Mary Murphy's Response to CTV Cancelation of SYTYCD Candada Sept. 14, 2011 I'm deeply saddened that CTV Television canceled SYTYCD Canada yesterday. It's hard coming off what I felt to be the best season Canada has ever had. I am very grateful to have spent so much time in Canada the last 4 years. The production team has become a second family to me and I loved being called an honorary Canadian. From the top of the production team headed by Sandra Faire on down to this final moment was a first-class production. The costume department is like no other, making each costume from scratch every week in amazing detail. Props were also made every week and on location. Most important of all, is the loss of a format to showcase Canadian talent, and boy was there a lot of talent. This season was the best ever, and if something has to end, it is leaving at the highest level. I give my congratulations for job well done to all that were involved in SYTYCD Canada the last 4 years.
